Method

Combine orange juice and honey in a small bowl, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved.

Place the stemmed and halved strawberries in a large mixing bowl.

Add the raspberries and blueberries to the bowl with the strawberries, gently folding to combine without crushing the berries.

Add the orange sections and melon balls to the bowl, folding gently to distribute evenly.

Pour the orange juice and honey mixture over the fruit, folding gently until all fruit is lightly coated.

Tear the fresh mint leaves by hand and fold them into the salad, reserving a few leaves for garnish.

Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve, garnishing with reserved mint leaves if desired.
