Ingredients
- Genuine California avocados2 unitseeded, peeled and cubed
- fresh or thawed frozen strawberries6 large
- strawberry flavoured yogurt½ Cup
- 1 Tbsp
- 1 tsp
- Shredded coconut1 unitoptional

Prepare the avocados by cutting them in half lengthwise, removing the pit, scooping the flesh into a bowl, and cutting into ½-inch cubes.

Hull and slice the strawberries into quarters, reserving a few whole berries for garnish if desired.

In a small bowl, whisk together the strawberry yogurt and orange juice concentrate until smooth and well combined.

Gently fold the sliced strawberries and avocado cubes into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to break down the avocado.

Divide the parfait mixture evenly among four serving glasses or bowls, layering if desired for visual appeal.

Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of each parfait, dividing equally among all four servings.

Garnish with shredded coconut if using, along with reserved strawberry slices, and serve immediately.
