Ingredients
- low-fat yogurt¼ cupput in custard cup
- packs Equal sweetener4 to 5 unit
- strawberries4 unitfresh or thawed frozen
- 1 dash

Rinse the fresh strawberries thoroughly under cold running water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

Hull the strawberries by removing the green caps and stems, then slice them in half or quarter them depending on their size.

Place the prepared strawberries in a bowl and set aside to allow their natural juices to begin releasing.

In a separate mixing bowl, spoon the low-fat yogurt and grate a generous pinch of fresh nutmeg directly into it.

Stir the yogurt and nutmeg together until well combined and evenly spiced, tasting and adjusting the nutmeg to your preference.

Cover the spiced yogurt and refrigerate it for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
