Method

1
Rinse the blueberries and strawberries thoroughly under cold running water, then pat them dry with a clean paper towel. Hull the strawberries and slice them in half.
3 minutes
2
Add the blueberries and sliced strawberries into a cocktail shaker or sturdy cup. Muddle the fruits firmly until they release their juices and form a pulpy mixture.
2 minutes
3
Squeeze fresh lemons to obtain the required amount of lemon juice, straining out any seeds. Add the lemon juice directly into the shaker with the muddled fruit.
2 minutes
4
Add a small pinch of salt to the mixture to enhance and brighten the natural fruit flavors. Stir briefly to incorporate the salt evenly.
1 minutes
5
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and seal it tightly. Shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels well chilled.
1 minutes
6
Fill a large serving cup or tiki glass with fresh ice. Strain or pour the chilled mixture over the ice, allowing the fruit pulp to pass through if desired for a more textured drink.
1 minutes
7
Taste the drink and adjust balance if needed by adding a few more drops of lemon juice or a tiny pinch of salt. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or a few whole blueberries on the rim.
