Method

Whisk together the thawed limeade concentrate and honey in a small bowl until well combined.

Add the poppy seeds to the honey-lime mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

Peel the grapefruit and carefully segment it, removing all white membranes; place segments in a large serving bowl.

Add the cut strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, and pineapple to the bowl with the grapefruit.

Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated.

Sprinkle the toasted walnuts over the salad just before serving to maintain their crispness.
