Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar together in a large bowl until well combined and the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Roll the peanut butter mixture into small balls about the size of walnuts and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Refrigerate the balls for at least 15 minutes until firm to the touch.

Melt the chocolate chips and margarine together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth.

Stir the oil into the melted chocolate mixture to thin it slightly and make it easier to coat the balls.

Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the chocolate mixture until fully coated, then place back on the parchment paper.

Allow the coated balls to set at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes until the chocolate hardens, or refrigerate for faster setting.
