Pour boiling water into a large bowl and add the unflavored gelatin and sugar, stirring constantly for 2 minutes until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.

Stir in the pineapple juice and orange juice, mixing thoroughly until evenly combined.

Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch square baking dish and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until the gelatin is firmly set.

Once set, cut the gelatin into 16 equal squares using a sharp knife, wiping the blade between cuts for clean edges.

Serve chilled in individual cups or on dessert plates.
