  • (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries
    thawed

  • 2 tablespoons
  • (12.3 ounce) package low-fat firm tofu
    drained
    1 unit

Method

Drain the thawed frozen raspberries in a fine-mesh strainer, pressing gently to remove excess liquid.

Combine the drained raspberries, rose water, and drained tofu in a food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure even mixing.

Divide the mousse evenly among four serving glasses or bowls.
