Creamy Mascarpone Dessert
In Italy they will just mix creamy light cheeses like mascarpone with just a bare bit of sugar, egg yolk custard, sweet spices, citrus zest, and chocolate. If you have ever tried one of these cheese desserts, you'll know that they're very good.

- egg yolks4 unitbeaten

- 1 unit
- crushed vanilla cookies and semi-sweet chocolate curls for topping1 unit
Method

Create a makeshift double boiler with a large stainless steel bowl and a pot with 1 inch of water at a simmer.

Beat yolks until light and creamy in the stainless steel bowl while it is still cold. Place bowl on top of pot and cook, stirring non-stop, until eggs thicken and fall off the whisk in ribbons. Set aside until needed.

Combine egg yolks, cream and vanilla.
