Combine the reconstituted cranberry juice concentrate, orange juice, and grated orange rind in a large bowl, stirring until well mixed.

Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container, spreading it evenly.

Place the container in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour, then stir vigorously with a fork to break up ice crystals and distribute the mixture evenly.
