Method

Wash the ripe tomatoes thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a clean cloth.

Cut each tomato into quarters and remove any hard cores or blemishes.

Place the tomato quarters into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes, working in batches if necessary.

Pour the blended tomato mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing gently with the back of a spoon to extract all juice while leaving pulp behind.

Add the salt, sugar, pepper powder, and chaat masala to the strained tomato juice and stir well until all spices are fully dissolved.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, chaat masala, or sugar according to preference.

Pour the juice into serving glasses and serve immediately at room temperature or chilled over ice.
