Brew 1 cup of coffee using preferred brewing method and set aside.

Combine ⅓ cup instant nonfat dry milk with 1 cup water in a saucepan, stirring until the milk powder is completely dissolved.

Add 4 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix to the milk mixture, stirring constantly until fully incorporated and smooth.

Heat the milk and chocolate mixture over medium heat until steaming, about 2-3 minutes, without bringing to a boil.

Pour 1 cup of brewed coffee into a large pitcher or serving container.

Pour the hot chocolate-milk mixture into the pitcher with the coffee, stirring well to combine.

Divide the cafe mocha equally among four serving mugs.
