Ingredients

  • fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
    1 cup
  • fat-free skim milk
    ¼ cup
  • instant espresso
    powder
    ½ tsp
  • ¼ tsp
  • lite whipped topping
    ¼ cup
  • fat-free caramel topping
    2 tbsp

Method

Add fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, fat-free skim milk, instant espresso powder, and ground cinnamon to a blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.

Divide the shake mixture evenly among 4 serving glasses.

Top each shake with 1 tablespoon of lite whipped topping.

Drizzle ½ tablespoon of fat-free caramel topping over the whipped topping on each shake.
