Prepare the fruit by stemming the California strawberries and breaking the ripe bananas into 1-inch pieces.

Combine the stemmed strawberries, banana pieces, frozen or canned peach slices, apple juice, and honey in a blender.

Add the ice cubes to the blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and frosty, about 2–3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
