Pour in the plain or vanilla soy milk and sprinkle the powdered ginger over the mixture.

Add 3 to 4 ice cubes to the blender for a chilled consistency.

Secure the blender lid and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 1–2 minutes.
