Method

Pour the fresh curds into a blender along with sugar, rose syrup, salt, and cardamom powder.

Add water and vanilla extract to the blender.

Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined, ensuring all the cardamom powder is evenly distributed.

Add the crushed ice cubes to the blender and blend again for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the lassi becomes frothy and cold.

Pour the rose lassi into serving glasses immediately, dividing equally among four servings.

Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more rose syrup if desired, then stir well and serve chilled.
