Peel the very ripe peaches and remove the pits, then cut the flesh into chunks suitable for blending.

Add the peach chunks to a blender along with the soft tofu, broken into smaller pieces for easier blending.

Pour in the lemon juice and add the honey to the blender.

Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender for a chilled, refreshing texture.

Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy with no visible chunks.
