Peel and slice the kiwifruit into chunks, removing any seeds if desired. Peel and slice the banana into thick rounds.

Cut the papaya in half, scoop out and discard the seeds, then peel and chop the flesh into bite-sized pieces.

Add the sliced kiwifruit, banana, and chopped papaya to a blender along with the orange juice.

Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth, consistent texture with no large fruit chunks remaining.

Add the crushed ice to the blender and pulse briefly until the ice is incorporated and the drink reaches a thicker, slushy consistency.

Pour the kiwifruit crush into serving glasses, filling each about three-quarters full.
