Juice Alpokat
Indonesian avocado drink. I discovered this drink/dessert while traveling through Indonesia in 1998. It's more like a dessert, but is absolutely delicious in spite of how strange it sounds.

Method

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.

Pour the sugar and water into the blender with the avocados, then blend until smooth.

Add the cold milk and chocolate milk to the blender, then blend until well combined and creamy.

Add the crushed ice to the blender and blend briefly until the mixture reaches a smooth, drinkable consistency.

Divide the juice alpokat among 4 serving glasses and serve immediately while still cold.
