Ingredients

  • .5-ounce package soft lite silken tofu
    1 10 unit
  • 1 medium
  • unsweetened orange-pineapple juice
    chilled
    2 cups
  • -ounce can unsweetened crushed pineapple
    chilled
    1 8 unit

Method

Unwrap the soft lite silken tofu and place it in a blender.

Peel the banana and break it into chunks, then add to the blender.

Pour the chilled orange-pineapple juice into the blender.

Add the chilled unsweetened crushed pineapple with its juice to the blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
