Ingredients

- 1 medium
- unsweetened orange-pineapple juice2 cupschilled
- -ounce can unsweetened crushed pineapple1 8 unitchilled

Unwrap the soft lite silken tofu and place it in a blender.

Peel the banana and break it into chunks, then add to the blender.

Pour the chilled orange-pineapple juice into the blender.

Add the chilled unsweetened crushed pineapple with its juice to the blender.
