Peel the ripe bananas and break them into chunks. If using pears or peaches instead, peel, pit, and cut into chunks.

Add the non-fat milk, instant non-fat milk powder, banana or fruit chunks, cinnamon, and apple juice concentrate to a blender.

Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
