Ingredients
- β - Β½ cup
- ΒΌ cup
- banana1 unitchunked
- about 8 frozen (or fresh) strawberries1 unitor equivalent of raspberries, thawed

Chunk the banana into bite-sized pieces and add to a blender along with the frozen strawberries, vanilla low fat yogurt, and orange juice.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1β2 minutes. Add more orange juice or yogurt if a thinner or thicker consistency is preferred.

Pour the smoothie evenly into 4 glasses and serve immediately, optionally topped with a strawberry or banana slice.
