Peel the bananas and break them into chunks for easier blending.

If using fresh strawberries, rinse and remove the stems; frozen strawberries can be used directly from the freezer.

Add the banana chunks, strawberries, milk, and plain yogurt to a blender in that order.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
