Peel and slice the ripe bananas into chunks and place them in a blender.

Add the pineapple juice, creamy peanut butter, plain yogurt, and vanilla extract to the blender with the banana chunks.

Add the ice cubes to the blender and secure the lid tightly.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 2-3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
