Apple Blossom Punch

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hart Estate in Sherman, Texas in 1997.

Chill all ingredients—apple juice, ginger ale, and grenadine—in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before mixing.

Pour the 10-ounce can of apple juice into a large pitcher or punch bowl.

Add the juice of 12 limes to the apple juice and stir to combine.

Pour the 2 quarts of ginger ale into the pitcher, stirring gently to avoid excessive carbonation loss.

Add the 1 bottle of light rum to the pitcher and stir well to combine all ingredients.

Slowly pour the 3 ounces of grenadine into the center of the punch, allowing it to settle and create color variation throughout the drink.

Fill the pitcher or punch bowl with ice and stir gently to chill the punch evenly.

Serve immediately in chilled glasses over ice, allowing the grenadine to settle naturally at the bottom for visual appeal.
