Cat's Hummer

Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a blender.

Add 1 ounce of crème de menthe and 1 ounce of brandy to the blender with the ice cream.

Blend until smooth and creamy, approximately 30-45 seconds, scraping down sides if necessary.

Pour the mixture into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
