Brandied Peaches 'n' Cream

Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.

Pour peach schnapps, peach brandy, and cream of coconut into the shaker over the ice.

Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled and combined.

Strain the mixture into a serving glass, filling it three-quarters full.

Top with one scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Serve immediately and stir before drinking to blend the flavors.
