Method

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.

Pour the vodka and rose's lime juice cordial into the shaker in a 2:1 ratio, maintaining the proper proportions for the gimlet.

Add the sugar syrup to the shaker for balanced sweetness.

Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the exterior becomes frosty and cold.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Garnish with an orange slice positioned on the rim or floated on the surface of the drink.
