These cookies are really good and very simple. They are good if you need something for a school project. They are very tasty and simple. Everyone loves them!! :) They are awesome. Just one bite, and boom, you'll be in love!!!!

Heat a dry skillet or frying pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it is evenly warmed.

Add the clean, dry sesame seeds to the hot pan and toast them, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon or spatula, for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.

Pour the toasted sesame seeds onto a clean plate or baking sheet and allow them to cool for 2-3 minutes until they can be handled safely.

Add the sugar to the warm sesame seeds and stir vigorously until the sugar begins to caramelize and coat the seeds evenly, which should take 2-3 minutes.

Continue stirring the mixture over low heat for another 4-5 minutes, watching carefully as the sugar darkens to a golden amber color and fully adheres to the seeds.

Remove the pan from heat and immediately spread the sesame seed and sugar mixture onto a lightly oiled baking sheet or parchment paper, working quickly before it hardens.
