Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine softened salted butter, artificial sweetener, and molasses in a large mixing bowl, then beat together until the mixture is light and creamy.

Add the raw egg to the butter mixture and beat until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together vanilla-flavored whey protein powder, table salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Fold the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Stir in the dry rolled oats, semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels, and raw chip coconut until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
