Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine the oil and confectioner's sugar in a large mixing bowl, stirring until well blended and smooth.

Add the vanilla extract to the oil and sugar mixture, stirring to incorporate evenly.

Pour in the water gradually while stirring continuously to create a smooth, pourable batter.

Sprinkle the baking soda over the mixture and stir gently to combine without overdeveloping gluten.

Add flour gradually, stirring until a soft, cohesive dough forms that holds together but remains pliable.

Fold in the sesame seeds until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart, and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 18-20 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown around the edges and set in the center.
