Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine matzo meal, farfel, and sugar in a large mixing bowl, stirring until evenly mixed.

Stir in chocolate chips for Passover and chopped nuts into the dry mixture.

Beat the 2 eggs in a small bowl until well combined.

Add the beaten eggs and melted Mother's margarine to the dry mixture, stirring until a wet dough forms.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12 minutes until the cookies are set and lightly golden on the edges.
