Table vinegar is the most widely produced and consumed vinegar globally, valued for its sharp acidity, neutral flavor profile, and versatility. Unlike specialty vinegars derived from wine, cider, or rice, table vinegar is manufactured through rapid industrial fermentation methods and is often fortified with added minerals or flavorings.
