This honey is darker in color than many floral varieties, ranging from golden-brown to deep amber, with a rich, complex flavor profile that reflects the unique botanical origin. The crystallization pattern tends to be relatively slow, resulting in a creamy, dense texture. Avocado honey has a lower fructose content compared to typical floral honeys, contributing to its distinctive taste—mildly floral with subtle caramel, buttery, and earthy undertones that complement rather than overpower.
