Add cooked chickpeas, chickpea water, tahini, and garlic clove to a food processor.

Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, approximately 3-5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add lemon juice and sea salt, then blend briefly to incorporate fully.

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional lemon juice or salt as desired.

Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and create a shallow well in the center using the back of a spoon.

Drizzle olive oil into the well and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
