Ingredients
- raspberry soda1 can
- clove garlic1 largecrushed
- shoyu1 tablespoontamari or teriyaki sauce
- firm or extra firm tofu1 pound
- Few drops toasted sesame oil (optional)1 unit
- to 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger1/4 unitcut into tiny pieces (optional)

Peel and lightly crush one clove of garlic to release its aromatic oils.

Place the crushed garlic clove into a tall highball glass and allow it to rest so its flavors begin to express.

Measure out the desired amount of shoyu and set aside at room temperature.

Pour the shoyu over the crushed garlic in the glass, stirring gently to combine the two ingredients.

Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the mixture thoroughly.

Top the glass with your chosen highball mixer, such as sparkling water or soda, and stir once more to integrate.
