Quick Bean Salad

This speedy salad recipe can be easily taken with you to work for an afternoon snack or as a side dish at dinner. Using canned beans helps decrease the preparation time.

Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans in a colander under cold running water.

Drain the canned French style green beans in a colander, discarding the liquid.

Rinse the artichoke hearts under cold running water and drain well, then quarter each heart with a knife.

Combine the drained garbanzo beans, green beans, and quartered artichoke hearts in a large mixing bowl.

Pour the fat-free Italian salad dressing over the bean and vegetable mixture.

Toss all ingredients together until evenly coated with the dressing.
