Ingredients
- x 2 lb pkg. of frozen hash brown potatoes1 unitsouthern-style
- 2 cups
- 2 cups
- 1 can
- sized diced onion1 medium
Method

Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Combine the frozen hash brown potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and diced onion in a large mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer the potato mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it in an even layer.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
