  • Cascadian Country Style potatoes (frozen mix of potatoes
    peppers, and onions)
    ½ bag
  • 1 unit
  • Yves' Canadian Bacon (veggie and non-fat)
    3 slice
  • pack Hain fat-free gravy mix
    1 unit

Method

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the frozen Cascadian Country Style potatoes with peppers and onions directly from the bag.

Cook the potatoes for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and develop light golden edges.

Chop the Yves' Canadian Bacon into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet.

Stir the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until the Canadian bacon is heated through.

Pour the small amount of apple juice over the potatoes and stir to distribute.

Prepare the Hain fat-free gravy mix according to package directions using the liquid already in the skillet and any additional water as needed.

Stir the gravy mix thoroughly into the skillet, coating all the potatoes, bacon, peppers, and onions evenly.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the gravy thickens and the potatoes are tender throughout.
