Ingredients

  • small red potatoes — cooked
    2 pounds
  • green onions — sliced
    ½ cup
  • Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® with Bacon dressing
    1 cup
  • 1 unit
  • chives — optional
    1 unit

Method

Cut the cooked red potatoes into bite-sized chunks, leaving the skin on for texture and nutrition.

Combine the chunked potatoes with the sliced green onions in a large mixing bowl.
