Method

1
Measure out all ingredients: soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and minced garlic, and place them into a small mixing bowl.
2 minutes
2
Add the minced garlic to the bowl, ensuring it is finely minced to allow maximum flavor release into the marinade.
2 minutes
3
Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil into the bowl with the garlic, then add the brown sugar on top.
1 minutes
4
Whisk all the ingredients together vigorously until the brown sugar is fully dissolved and the marinade is well combined.
2 minutes
5
Taste the marinade and adjust the balance by adding more brown sugar for sweetness, soy sauce for saltiness, or sesame oil for nuttiness as desired.
2 minutes
6
Place your chosen protein or vegetables into a shallow dish or zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring even coating.
3 minutes
7
Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate, allowing the ingredients to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
30 minutes
8
Remove the marinated protein or vegetables from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature before cooking or assembling into wraps.
