Method

Combine the chilled chicken broth and cubed California avocado in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and stir in the lemon juice until well combined.

Add the green onion pieces and cilantro leaves to the soup, stirring gently to incorporate.

Season with several dashes of white pepper to taste, stirring well.
