Measure out all dried spices: black pepper, coriander powder, cumin, cardamom, nutmeg, paprika, and curry powder into separate small bowls for easy combination.

Break the cinnamon sticks into small pieces and add them to a spice grinder or mortar and pestle, then grind into fine powder.

Break the cloves into smaller pieces and grind them into powder using the same grinder or mortar and pestle.

Grind the dried lime into a fine powder using a dedicated spice grinder or mortar and pestle until no large pieces remain.

Combine all ground spices in a large mixing bowl: black pepper, coriander powder, cinnamon powder, cloves powder, cumin, cardamom, nutmeg, paprika, curry powder, and dried lime powder.

Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2 minutes, ensuring even distribution of all spices and breaking up any clumps.
