- of beef stew meat1½ lbs
- of pork1½ lbscubed
- 2 cups
- ½ cup
- 2 teaspoons
- of dry mustard1 teaspoon
- 3 teaspoons
- ¼ cup
- 2 teaspoons
- x 16 oz can of tomato paste1 unit
Method

Combine beef stew meat and cubed pork in a large crockpot.

Add chopped onion, brown sugar, salt, dry mustard, and chili powder to the crockpot with the meat.

Stir in vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Cover the crockpot and set to low heat for 6 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.

Check the meat for tenderness at the 6-hour mark; it should shred easily with a fork when fully cooked.

If desired, break apart the meat into shredded pieces using two forks or a potato masher for a more traditional pulled barbecue texture.
