Ingredients
- Iceland Frozen Mini Cobs (2-3)1 unit
- Iceland Frozen Sliced carrots 85g1 unit
- Iceland Frozen Button Mushrooms 80g1 unit
- Iceland Frozen Sliced peppers 80g1 unit
- cherry tomatoes 2 for each kebab1 unit
Method

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.

Preheat the oven grill or stovetop grill to medium-high heat (approximately 200°C or 400°F).

Remove frozen mini corn cobs, carrots, button mushrooms, and peppers from packaging and allow to thaw slightly at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Cut the mini corn cobs in half lengthwise to create flat surfaces suitable for threading onto skewers.

Thread vegetables onto the soaked skewers in alternating order: begin with a mushroom, followed by a carrot slice, pepper slice, corn piece, and cherry tomato, repeating until skewer is filled.

Place assembled kebabs directly on the preheated grill or grill pan, spacing them evenly to allow heat circulation.

Grill the kebabs for 7–8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until vegetables are tender and lightly charred on the edges.
