Salami Snacks
This silly little recipe came from my husband's family. They would munch on these over late night cocktails. Don't judge 'em 'til you've tried 'em. Everyone says "ewww" when they first read the list of ingredients, even me! But, they are addictive.

Ingredients
- dry Italian salami12 slicesthin
- 1 unit
- sweet gherkins or sour gherkins1 unit
Method

Lay out the thin salami slices on a clean, flat work surface.

Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of chunky peanut butter onto each salami slice, leaving a small border around the edges.

Slice the sweet or sour gherkins into thin spears or small pieces, depending on preference.

Place one gherkin piece on top of the peanut butter in the center of each salami slice.

Roll each salami slice tightly around the gherkin and peanut butter filling, then secure with a toothpick if needed.

Arrange the rolled salami snacks on a serving platter and serve immediately at room temperature.
