Prepare the tofu by cutting it into bite-sized cubes, then lightly press with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until just tender but still crisp, then drain and set aside.

Crush or mince the garlic cloves finely, then combine with salt, soy sauce, and a small amount of water to create the base seasoning mixture.

Mix the garlic seasoning base thoroughly, adjusting with additional soy sauce or salt to taste until a balanced savory flavor is achieved.
