Holiday Ham Puffs
The only trouble with this appetizer is the fellows eat them like peanuts.

Ingredients
- pkg. (8 oz) softened cream cheese1 unit
- 1 unit
- 1 tbsp
- 1 dash
- thin bread (I adore rye)10 to 15 slices
- 1 unit
- (4.5 oz) deviled ham1 can
- 1 unit
Method

Combine softened cream cheese, egg yolk, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the deviled ham and mayonnaise until the mixture is evenly incorporated.

Trim the crusts from the bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin to make them pliable.

Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the ham mixture onto each flattened bread slice.

Roll up each bread slice tightly from one end to create a cylinder, then place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Sprinkle paprika lightly over the top of each roll.
