Cocktail Sausages in Apricot Glaze in the Crock Pot
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Inman Estate in Mineral Wells, Texas in 1990. My nieces and nephews love these.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup
- prepared yellow mustard¼ cup
- 2 unit
- precooked mini smoked sausages (the ones with cheese in them)½ pound

Combine apricot preserves and prepared yellow mustard in a small bowl, stirring until smooth and well blended.

Pour the apricot-mustard mixture into the crock pot.

Add the precooked mini smoked sausages to the crock pot and stir gently to coat with the glaze.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even coating.

Transfer the sausages and glaze to a serving dish and top with chopped scallions just before serving.
