Combine natural peanut butter and vegan margarine in a large mixing bowl.

Beat the mixture with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Gradually add 2 cups of icing sugar while mixing on low speed to avoid splashing.

Add a dash of sea salt and mix until combined.

Add soy milk, starting with 2 tablespoons, and mix until the frosting reaches a spreadable consistency.

Add the remaining icing sugar (up to 1 cup more) if the frosting is too soft, or additional soy milk if it is too stiff, mixing after each addition until the desired texture is achieved.
